This license will terminate automatically if you violate any of the
listed restrictions. Dirpy may also terminate this license with you at
any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.
No partnership, venture, or employment with Dirpy is created as a
result of accepting the terms of service specified in this document.

Dirpy reserves the right to publicly post such requests, including
to such sites as chillingeffects.org.
You may be liable for any and all damages if you misrepresent that
your copyright is being infringed upon.
Indemnity
You shall indemnify Dirpy and all affiliates, partners, customers, employees, contractors, consultants, and other related entities from any liability, cost, damage, or loss from the use or inability of use of Dirpy and/or Dirpy's services.
Availability
Dirpy is unable to guarantee access to any third party media provider for both free and premium users. If a provider is presently working, that does not guarantee it will be available in the future. Best efforts will be made to provide continuous coverage for the most popular media providers. If you have a special media source request or issue please contact us.
Refunds and Cancellations
Purchases of Dirpy Premium are not refundable. Customers can cancel their subscription anytime on the user settings page while logged in. If you have lost your login code, use our recovery page.
